Before sensory evaluation, the products have passed chemical and microbiological testing in State research institute ‘Bior’. Just after getting the test results, an authoritative jury started to evaluate the taste, flavor, consistency and other properties. Test results and the evaluation showed that milk products made in Latvia and presented at the contest have high quality and natural origin, being made from natural milk. Basically, the awarded places of the products were determined by a difference of 1 or 2 points. I can say with confidence that milk products produced in our country correspond to all standards and requirements, the stable growth of export during the last year approves it…”
