Best Latvian-made cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and butter to be determined

The Cooperative Society Latvian Central Union of Dairy Farmers (LPCS) in conjoint with the International Exhibition Company BT 1 organises the premium quality dairy product competition. The award ceremony will take place during the opening of the International Food Fair Riga Food 2013 0n 4 September at Kipsala International Exhibition Centre.

This year, the competition is held in six product groups – cream cheese, processed cheese, glazed curd snacks, low-fat curd, drinking yoghurt and premium quality butter.
